O'Neall Terrace project latest addition to city expansion

1952 O'Neall Terrace, situated between Avenues Q and T and Streets Twenty-eight and Thirty-fourth, is the latest addition to be made to an ever-expanding Lubbock, according to plans made public yesterday by Charles F. O'Neall, prominent Lubbock Realtor.

This addition is the third to be opened up by Mr. O'Neall since he came to Lubbock about three and one-half years ago, and will mark an exceedingly important step in the development of the residential district.

The fact is apparent with the knowledge that the Terrace will comprise 12 blocks and will contain 288 lots. There are five streets for an east to west passage, and Avenue S divides the area in half for a north to south street. Each lot has an alleyway in the rear.
